An amazing book full of important information. Review for the profession is very good and test preparation outstanding. For its size, it is an encyclopedia of information.

I just took my exam today and waited to write the review. First off, the practice test would not load off the CD and it took a week to get an answer from technical support. They had to email me a link to download the CD information to my computer. There are issues with the test as there was with the CNA Exam Cram. The book goes into too much specifics about different medications and not enough about the job duties, which happened to be about a third of the exam. The exam alerts are in black boxes with white lettering making the book difficult to read and sometimes entire pages are in in that format. It would have been great if they included an example of a MAR and what to do in different scenarios. I took the exam and maybe 10% of the questions on the licensing exam were covered in this book. I’d read this book cover to cover multiple times and so many of the exam questions weren’t covered. I passed but I don’t think this particular book was much help. There is a site that offers free online test that covers the same info. I only purchased this book as my particular school required it.

This book has been very helpful, highly would reccommend for any future medication techs or Cnas provided tons of extra information that made taking the test much easier.
